Who he is:

Tom has been involved with Hearthstone since the earlier construction days. Tom's background is resort management and to a large degree, Hearthstone feels like a resort for seniors. Tom switched industries because he has a deep desire to live his life with purpose and to develop personal relationships with the people he serves. You will often see Tom having fun and being engaged with the residents. Tom and Janelle, his wife, have three children at home and are active in their church and community. They live close by so you'll see Tom and his family around Hearthstone.

What he does:

He is totally committed to maintaining the highest quality of care for Hearthstone residents. Tom is responsible for overseeing the overall operation of Hearthstone and directly supervises facilities, food services, human relations (resources) and accounting and oversees all other departments.
