Who she is:

Tera works as our Memory Care manager because she has a passion to help others who cannot help themselves. She has focused her professional training in geriatric care. The balance of her easy going nature and her professional expertise makes her an excellent example for her staff to emulate through the “Best Friends Approach” of resident care. Tera has one daughter and is engaged to be married in December 2007.

What she does:

Tera is responsible for the overall management of the Memory Care Community. She is responsible for staff training and resident care. She meets with family member, Dr.’s and other health care professionals to ensure that we are providing the best care best for our Memory Care residents.
