Rai Buch

Who he is:

Rai was born in Braunau, Austria and has worked in food/dining services all of his life. He graduated from culinary school in Munich, Germany and later came to the U.S. where he worked in country clubs in New York, New Jersey and Nevada. Here at Hearthstone he is our culinary artist! He and his wife, Carrie, have two adult children and three grandchildren.

What he does:

Rai manages all food services to assure that Hearthstone residents receive a nutritional, balanced and tasty variety of food to satisfy even the most discriminating tastes. He and his staff are attentive to individual needs and Hearthstone resident desires and necessities.
