Penny Troolin

Who she is:

Penny came to Hearthstone in October 2006 after a long (and bitter cold) career as a government lawyer and administrator in Minnesota. Penny's passion is working with and on behalf of older adults - a passion she uncovered when her parents moved here three years ago. Penny and her parents live in Lake Oswego.

What she does:

When people call or drop in to learn more about Hearthstone, Penny is often the one who will introduce them to our community. She meets with prospective residents and their families and guides them through their transition to Hearthstone. Penny supervises the reception staff as well as those who assist with tours.
