Pamela Howatt

Who she is:

Pamela graduated with top honors from the Concordia College Health Care Administrators program. She did her internship at Hearthstone, at which time she decided that Hearthstone was where she wanted to pursue her career because she saw that Hearthstone's Mission, Vision, and Values were lived out on a daily basis. Pamela has three adult daughters.

What she does:

Pamela is responsible for all the administrative personnel issues. Whether that be screening applicants, processing candidates, personnel paperwork, 401K, COBRA, etc. or just being there as a sounding board for the staff members. She does it all!
