Glenn Simpson

Who he is:

Glenn came to us from 20 plus years in manufacturing as a production supervisor of as many as 115 employees. He laughingly says he learned how to solve many different kinds of problems while attending the "School of Hard Knocks". He was visiting his friends who were living at Hearthstone, when he was invited to join our staff. He is the father of two adult children and two stepsons.

What he does:

Glenn and his staff are not only the "fix-it" people for anything that needs repair in individual apartments as well as the general living areas but he also monitors all of the systems and the building in general. Glenn is proactive about maintaining our beautiful community. Fill out a maintenance request and the front desk will coordinate all needed services such as: changing light bulb, helping with your TV, hanging pictures on the wall, any water problem etc.
