Who she is:

Also with Hearthstone since the groundbreaking, Bonnie comes from a ministry, counseling, chaplaincy and hospice background. Her specialty is encouraging interpersonal relations and problem solving. She's married to Dale Sloat, Hearthstone chaplain. They have two adult children and three grandchildren.

What she does:

Bonnie is responsible for Assisted Living and supervises activities, community relations and healthcare services for Independent and Assisted Living. She also assists Tom as well as the chaplain and participates in keeping Hearthstone operating on a day-to-day basis.
